A Card and Bookmark in OneBecause we believe in heartfelt connections, we created a warm, open space for our company that also functions as a community gathering space, gallery and event venue, all in the historic building that formerly housed Inkling Studio. Here – surrounded by the work of local artists, our striking wall of cards and 100-year-old floors – we edit our photos, design our card lines and individually fulfill each order. Whether creating a beautiful greeting card, welcoming a new artist each month, featuring a baroque music ensemble or hosting a premier storyteller, we always strive to bring joy, meaning and a spirit of community to our world. We hope you’ll join us for an event or keep tabs on us virtually and become part of the Stonehenge community!

Jacqueline Jones founded Stonehenge Designs in 1996 after working for sixteen years in television as an engineer and a producer. Living the life she’d always dreamed of living, the career change allowed Jacqueline to travel extensively to Europe, Mexico and Cuba, capturing images that evoke an intimate sense of place. Jacqueline’s keen eye and sensitive perspective invite the viewer to explore quaint villages, busy streets, and the mystery of nature’s gifts. A few of Jacquie's favorite quotes:“There is no instinct like that of the heart.” “Follow what you love and it will take you where you want to be.” “To love someone deeply gives you strength. Sarah Vandervoort started working at Stonehenge Designs in 2003 as a part-time employee, packing and shipping the first lines of cards and journals back when Stonehenge was a basement operation. Sarah officially joined Stonehenge full time in 2006, bringing her expertise in photography and design, as well an embarrasing obsession with lists and spreadsheets. With her enthusiasm and dedication, Sarah helped grow the business, contributing extra optimism through the trials every small business encounters. When Sarah's not at the Studio, she loves spending quality time with her sweetie, Patrick, and their two-year-old daughter, Lark, as well as their unruly but lovable dog, Q, and a small flock of urban rooftop chickens. A few of Sarah's favorite quotes:“You will do foolish things but do them with enthusiasm.” “Be kind whenever possible. It is always possible.” “Bread and water can so easily be toast and tea.” |
